2016 Rental Rates and Information

EVENT RENTAL VENUE INFORMATION:

Dodd Special Event Floor may be viewed during PUBLIC museum hours:

Or, on Tuesdays, by appointments scheduled (at least) 1 (one) week in advance. Thank you.

All rental rates include the use of:

120) Black Padded Chairs

15) 60” Round Tables

5) 6’ Rectangular Tables

Upstairs Catering Kitchen

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE SET UP / TAKEDOWN OF CHAIRS AND TABLES.

ROOM SETUP, DECORATIONS AND LINENS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RENTER.

Candles are allowed, providing they are used with globes and/or with plates/trays underneath.

Sparklers/pyrotechnics are NOT allowed inside the history museum and special event floor.

No tape/nails/screws are allowed on painted walls.

Weekend Rate (Per Weekend Evening): Upstairs

$800.00 rental + $100.00 for security guard* (required) = $900.00

Upstairs: Non-profit rate Weekend night $700.00 + $100.00 security guard= $800.00

Week day Rate During Museum Hours: Upstairs

$50.00 per hour

Week Night Rate: Upstairs

$700.00 regular rate (+ $100.00 security) = $800.00 and $600.00 non-profit rate (+security) =$700.00.

$100.00 down to reserve – non-refundable deposit – deposit credited toward rental

* Security fees paid to off-duty police officers for security of museum and guests. Museum DOES NOT make money on security officer. This is for renter’s protection.

 

THERE IS NO RESERVATION WITHOUT $100 DEPOSIT DOWN AND COMPLETED RENTAL CONTRACT SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY MUSEUM STAFF. Dates reserved cannot be "penciled in" there is no reservation for dates without a rental contract and deposit submitted.
